Registration is closed for 2023-24 Travel Team Season for DCE Girls Grades 3-8!
D.C. Everest Girls Basketball program encourages girls to gain valuable court experience by joining Youth Travel Team Basketball. From Grade 3rd through 8th, girls participate in weekly practices and games from October through February based on grade. Girls may participate in travel teams in addition to playing for their school basketball teams for their grade. Excellent on court experience is gained playing teams from throughout the State of WI and travel is usually limited to locations within a 2 hour distance of our home court (this varies).
Teams are scheduled for Travel Tournaments opportunities across Central WI. 3rd/4th Grade has 5 travel tournaments, 5th Grade through 8th Grade will have 6 Travel Tournaments. Typically a Travel Tournament consists of 3-4 games that take place at one location on one day. Games usually begin at 9 am and the tournament is completed and you are home by early afternoon on a Saturday or Sunday.
3rd Grade Girls interested in playing will “play up” on the 4th grade team.

Registration fees for the Travel Season are $150 per player, plus cost of uniform if needed. Uniforms and scholarships are available to families who request assistance. The DCE Girls Basketball Booster Club is here to assist families in need and make sure money does not stand in the way of opportunity.
