The offseason is the time for players of all ages to take their game to the next level, develop skills and work on key areas of play. This year, the DCE Girls Basketball Booster Club and Youth Travel Coaches have put together a list of opportunities for players of all ages.
2023 Fall Rec League for Grades 3-6

We are excited to offer a rec basketball league for girls attending 3-6th grade in the fall of 2023. Deadline to register is Friday, July 28th, 2023 or until an age level reaches capacity. Late registrations may be accepted, depending on availability.
*3-4th grade – Participants will be divided into teams and play games on Saturday mornings. Weekday evening practices will be held with parent volunteers coaching the teams. Schedule T.B.D.

Our goal is to increase interest in the sport and allow girls to learn, play and make friends in a non-competitive environment at no cost. No obligation. No fees. Join us for 2 days of girls basketball skill development at Greenheck Fieldhouse sponsored by the DCE Girls Basketball Boosters. There is no cost to DCE players. Participants must be in grades 9-12 and attend DCE.
The Shooting Camp is presented by Professional Instructor James Oksiuta!
James has 11 years of high school level coaching and has implemented team building for teams such as Portland Trailblazers, UCLA, University of Michigan and other Division 1 schools around the country. James is a 2x all-conference player at Canyon High School in Santa Clarita, CA.
James is trained in the Shot Doctor Method and has been teaching it for the past 25 years. He works as a professional team builder and speaker. We are excited to bring James to DCE and looking forward to this opportunity for our girls!
