High School Wisconsin Valley Conference Honors

2021-2022 Season

Congratulations to DCE Junior Braelyn Beiler and DCE Senior Kennedy Stowell who both earned Honorable Mention on the WVC All-Conference Team.

Congratulations to DCE Senior Kiara Hammond who achieved 1st Team All-Conference Honors. Kiara scored 554 points this season and lead the team in scoring. Kiara scored her 1,000th career point on February 3, 2022 and finished her high school career with 1,093 points, placing her #4 in the“Top 25 Leading Scorers” for DC Everest. Kiara also finished with 280 rebounds placing her #24 in the “Top Leading Rebounders” for DCE. Kiara was nominated for the Wisconsin Valley Conference All Star and All State Team. She ended her D.C. Everest basketball career with a total of 115 assists which puts her at #22 on the “Top 25 Assists ” for D.C. Everest.

Kiara averaged 26 points per game in conference play and 22.2 points overall this season. She was leading free throw shooter and leading scorer in the Wisconsin Valley Conference and additionally had the 3rd highest field goal percentage. She tied for 15th in the state of Wisconsin for scoring this season.
